What are the shipping fees? +
Continental USA, PR, HI and AK and Canada:
FREE ground shipping when you spend over $50
Standard shipping: $8
When will I receive my order? +
Please note that we can only guarantee the exact delivery date when a customer chooses Express Shipping.
Standard Ground Shipping will arrive 7-10 days after you place your order. You will receive a tracking number, however guaranteed delivery is only available with Express Shipping orders.
International orders: Please contact us directly by email at email@example.com for pricing and shipping times. All applicable taxes, duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility.
Ground orders will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
For orders to be shipped on the same day the order is placed, it must be received before 12pm EST or it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We can expedite your order for an additional charge. Please note that any carrier delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are outside of our control and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays.
Express shipping rates (and all orders going to PR, HI and AK):
Continental USA: $25 US for 2-day shipping
Puerto Rico, Hawai, Alaska: $35 US for 3-day shipping
Canada: $25 US for 2-day shipping
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes? +
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to additional duties, customs and taxes. You will be responsible for all of these fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Fleur't Intimates does not have any control over the any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
My package wasn't delivered. What happens now? +
If you don’t receive your package, email firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience. We will investigate the matter and if we find that we made an error or if the shipper confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages. If someone is not physically present at the shipping address provided and, as a result, an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will credit your account the value of the order, less the shipping cost.
