Headband Miel

I now have this headband in all colours. It’s hard for me to find a headband that doesn’t make my hair look weird, but this one works for me. I recommend hand washing it and buying multiples because you will love it for sport, work, or whatever. I’ve had a black one the longest (I bought a second because I loved it so much) and worn it the most often and it has yet to become too loose, which makes me happy :)

This sleep shirt is really amazing, I have worn it every night since it arrived and I must say my sleep has improved immensely!! It does not ride up like other nighties but follows your body's movements over the night. Hot flashes are absorbed into the luxurious feel of the shirt, the best purchase ever!! The headband is also great, fits perfectly!
