Shipping & Delivery
Why have you changed shipping from Canada Post to various carriers?+
We have temporarily transitioned to various carriers for order shipments to maintain smooth and timely deliveries during the labor disruption at Canada Post.
Will you switch back to Canada Post?+
Yes, we plan to switch back once we are confident there will be no further disruptions to Canada Post services or once the labor disruption has ended. We will keep you updated with any changes.
How does the switch to carriers affect my order?+
With the switch to other carriers, your order will still arrive within the usual 7-10 business day delivery window.
PO boxes: Please note, the alternate carriers only deliver to physical addresses, they do not deliver to PO Boxes or community mailboxes.
Remote Locations: Some remote locations may be ineligible for delivery. If you're unsure whether this affects your area, please contact our Customer Service team.
How will I track my package?+
Your tracking information will be available 24-48 hrs after your order is shipped. You’ll still be able to track your package the same way you do now! The only change is that your tracking link will direct you to the carrier’s system instead of Canada Post.
Will the shipping cost change now that you’re using other carriers?+
No, shipping costs will remain the same.
What happens if I need to return an item?+
We understand that returning a purchase is sometimes necessary, and we are committed to providing flexible options during the Canada Post strike. As a result, we are implementing temporary changes to our mail-in return process for purchases made between November 19th, 2024, and December 6th, 2024.
Important Notice: No Mail-In Returns During Strike Please note that mail-in returns cannot be processed during the strike period. Our mail-in return portal, which is used to request a return and receive a printable return label, will not be available while the strike is ongoing.
Will there be any changes to the return policy?+
To ensure ample time to return your items, purchases made until December 27th, 2024, can be returned until January 15th, 2025. All returns should comply with the terms outlined in our regular Return Policy.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep customers informed of any changes to our return policy.
What will happen to my return that I have already shipped back with Canada Post?+
Any returns you’ve already shipped will be held by Canada Post until the strike ends. Unfortunately, we cannot process these returns until postal services resume. Once the strike concludes, your return will be processed, and we will notify you as soon as it’s completed.
In the meantime, if you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care for assistance.
