Restrictions on coupon codes

Codes and promotional coupons, including Inner Circle voucher codes, cannot be used during the duration of a sale period. Coupon codes cannot be combined at any moment.

Most of our discount coupon codes won't apply on products that are already discounted as part of a promotional event. Please check the disclaimer of every promotion or email if you have an issue with a coupon code.

Participation of brands

Promotional offers

Offers cannot be combined or extended beyond the promotional deadline for any reason. The end of a promotional event will be explicitly communicated on every promotional email or SMS.

You can always enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US and Canada during any promotional event. 

Returns and Refunds

• You can return your order or part of it for a refund to your original method of payment. Panties are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
