Overall I am happy with this bra. The sizing chart helped me select the correct size. The lace fabric sits fine on my under breast which initially concerned me as I am short waisted. The fabric is delicate which worries me for how this will hold up long term but for now it’s a pretty bra that fits well. For reference. Im 5’1” and I ordered a 34 E.
This is a very pretty bra that still gives lots of support. Great for v-necks or plunging necklines.
This is my first purchase from Montelle, and my first bra purchase from a shop that has more inclusive sizing. At Victoria Secret I am measured as a 32DD, but when I put my measurements into Montelle's size calculator they say I am a 30D. This is a bit confusing as I thought this would have translated to a 30F but I bought what they suggested anyways. I have mixed feelings about this bra. It looks amazing, but I can't help but notice a bit of bubbling out of the cup, and sometimes when I bend over my boobs fall out a bit so I have to adjust. I've been told that my boobs are fullest at the front as opposed to more at the sides around the armpits so this might be why. The band size felt tight at first (I'm used to a 32) but with wear I've realized this aspect of the fits me a lot better than a 32. I won't be returning as I don't want to pay the small fee, and I will continue to wear this bra as it is beautiful and I don't mind adjusting every once in a while. Just wish my boobs fit in the cups!
Hi Abby, thanks for the review! It definitely sounds that you're wearing the wrong size. I'd love to find out a bit more about the fit in order to better advise you. What do you mean by bubbling? Feel free to reach out to me at email@example.com to discuss!
