Your bra size shares a "sister size" - an equivalent size that holds the same volume as your cup (even if it is a different letter). Let's say you need to go down a band size - what cup size should you take? Follow the same color in the chart to the lower band size and you'll see what cup you need. Or, let's say your regular size is sold out - what other size may work for you? This handy chart will let you know!
How to use the chart:
Bra sizes that share the same color are called sister sizes. For example, if you wish to go up a band you need to go down a cup. The band size increases as you move from top to bottom. Move up or down if your band doesn't fit quite right. The cup size increases as you move from left to right on the chart. Move left or right if your cup doesn't fit quite right.

Standard Ground Shipping will arrive 7-10 days after you place your order. You will receive a tracking number, however guaranteed delivery is only available with Express Shipping orders.
International orders: Please contact us directly by email at info@montelleintimates.com for pricing and shipping times. All applicable taxes, duties or international merchant fees will be your responsibility.
Ground orders will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
For orders to be shipped on the same day the order is placed, it must be received before 12pm EST or it will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order received at 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We can expedite your order for an additional charge. Please note that any carrier delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are outside of our control and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays.

Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to additional duties, customs and taxes. You will be responsible for all of these fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that we do not have any control over the any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
If you don’t receive your package, email info@montelleintimates.com at your earliest convenience. We will investigate the matter and if we find that we made an error or if the shipper confirms it was lost in transit, we will replace the lost item.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to errors in the mailing address, missing information or where a person is not physically present to receive packages. If someone is not physically present at the shipping address provided and, as a result, an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will credit your account the value of the order, less the shipping cost.

If you're having second thoughts or need to make a change, don't worry! You have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a refund, exchange, or credit. Please note that all panties are final sale. Simply submit a refund or exchange request through our super easy portal!
International Returns: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering international return shipping costs. Additionally, we would like to inform you that exchanges are not available for international orders. Our international return policy strictly accepts returns only.

START MY RETURN
Step 1: Head over to our Return Portal to begin your return. Please note panties are final sale
Step 2: Enter your order number along with your email address or phone number. The order number must include "MONCA" (first five letters before the number). You'll find your order number (alphanumeric code) in your confirmation email or on the slip included in your package (it will be the number on the top right that begins with MONCA).
Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the easy instructions.
Step 4: Choose a credit method
a. Store Credit: receive a gift card code for the full amount by email once your return has been approved (save the $5.99 handling fee!) OR b. Original Payment Method: receive a refund (less a $5.99 handling fee) to original payment method once your return is approved.
We’ll process your return between 3 to 5 business days from receipt.
Please note that there is a $5.99 handling fee for refunds only.
Step 3: Select the item(s) you would like to exchange.
Step 4: Follow the easy instructions and choose
a. An item in the same style and color then simply select the correct size and complete the exchange. OR b. An item in a different color or a completely different item then select option “Shop Now” and choose the item or color that you would prefer. Go through checkout and you’re done!
Please note that there is no handling fee on exchanges (save $5.99…YAY!)
Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged. All panties are final sale.
When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
Any item that appears washed, worn or smells of smoke or perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.
All returns are subject to a $5.99 handling fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you, unless we’ve made an error, or the item is defective.
All exchanges are free of charge. If you make a combined return and exchange, the $5.99 handling fee will still be charged.
Any returned or exchanged items that do not meet our standard will be returned, if desired, at your expense.
Any Sale items may be returned or exchanged according to the guidelines above, unless noted.
Once received, returns will take 3-5 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you choose to exchange or receive store credit, the process will be free of charge (save $5.99…YAY!)
If you would like a refund to your original payment method, we deduct $5.99 off the amount to be returned to you as a fee for processing your return.
We take pride and care in the products we sell, and we inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made, or the merchandise is defective, please follow one of these 2 options.
1. If you’d like to exchange or receive store credit for the wrong or defective item, simply go to Return Portal and follow the instructions listed above in section “How do I make an exchange?”
2.If you’d like a refund for the defective or wrong item, please send an email to info@montelleintimates.com. We will reimburse the $5.99 handling fee, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise (where applicable).
Defects must be identified within 14 days of receipt and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed.
